SHIPPING + RETURNS
Things that you should know before making a purchase:
- Please be aware that each item is handmade and therefore unique. Items may differ from those shown, and the colours may appear differently onscreen as they do in real life.
- Differences in appearance and variations in each product are considered part of the items uniqueness and therefore are not considered faults.
- Each item is delicate in nature and should be treated with care.
- If an item is sold out online, it may be still be available for purchase, please contact The Human Chameleon to enquire.
- Pre-orders will be available from the date stated in the pre-order information (unless otherwise arranged).
- Custom orders are only created once payment is received. Once the creation of a custom order has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and not refunds can be given.
- Once payment is received the item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Postage and handling is not included in the price of the item (unless specified), however multiple items can be shipped together to save on postage. International shipping is available, please enquire before proceeding with your purchase.
- Shipping times will vary and should be discussed before purchase. The Human Chameleon takes no responsibility for delays in shipping and is not liable for any damage to goods occurring in transit.
- Due to health and safety reasons, refund(s) and exchange(s) are not offered for a change of mind.
- If an item is deemed to be faulty by The Human Chameleon, a replacement or refund for the item (postage costs not included) will be offered.
